The 11 to 12 episodes for the first half season of Heroes, was not only very good, but a very satisfying experience.   It finished the exact the same way it started, and was a little creepy.  

It was an act of brilliance to cast Robert Knepper, who was so great as "T-Bag" on "Prison Break", as Samuel Sullivan, a carny with huge special abilities and much bigger ambitions.  

I couldn't be happier with it.
